Marc Kilmer
Research Associate
Mr. Kilmer’s work on public policy began during his four-year stint as a staffer in the United States Senate. Mr. Kilmer was a Legislative Assistant for education, transportation, and housing, and also worked on the issues of federal appropriations, public land policy, and gun control. After leaving the Senate, he served for three years as Executive Director/CEO of the American Congress of Community Supports and Employment Services, a Washington, D.C., trade association of nonprofits that provide services to people with disabilities.
Mr. Kilmer has a Bachelor of Arts in history and political science from Hillsdale College in Michigan.
