Non-Disclosure of Donor Information

Donor information shall be held in strict confidence by the development office and all authorized agents of the Buckeye Institute. Access to data related to donors and donations shall be limited to the Buckeye Institute President, development staff, and members of the Board. Any additional access must have the explicit approval of the President or Chairman of the Board.
All parties granted access to donor information will be informed about the Buckeye Institute's policies and procedures for protecting personal information. All parties will be required to conform to the Buckeye Institute's policies and procedures concerning the security of personal information.

Donors have the opportunity to request anonymity from any public acknowledgment of a contribution, thereby maintaining their privacy. The Buckeye Institute asks that any such requests be made by written instrument to the Buckeye Institute President or Chairman of the Board. The Buckeye Institute will honor such requests for privacy.
