Erin Sutter is the director of operations at The Buckeye Institute, where she oversees Buckeye’s organizational and financial operations. Sutter also oversees the organization’s direct mail program.

Sutter joined Buckeye in 2012 and before being named director of operations, served as manager of strategic partnerships, and as office manager.

Prior to her position at Buckeye, Sutter graduated summa cum laude as an Ashbrook Scholar from Ashland University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and history. Her senior capstone thesis won the Charles Parton Award for Outstanding Thesis.

While at Ashland, Sutter worked for the Ashbrook Center as an intern and as the teaching assistant coordinator for the Ashbrook Center’s Masters of American History and Government online program.

Outside of work, Sutter enjoys reading books, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Sutter lives in Columbus, Ohio.
